Venue Specs
- Capacity: Up to 200 guests
- Rental Rate: $400 per hour (3-hour minimum)
Guests may rent only the patio for private use during tasting room hours of operation (patio rental rate $200 per hour, capacity 100 guests) - Bar Minimum: $24 per guest (plus tax and 20% gratuity)
- Open Bar or Cash Bar Options: Lessee only pays the difference if cash sales do not reach the minimum
Bar & Beverage Service
Your guests will enjoy handcrafted cocktails made with our seven locally made premium rums, plus a full selection of classics and frozen drinks. Every event includes professional bartending staff, ensuring excellent service and hospitality.
Outside Alcohol: Allowed for events of 100+ guests and only through a licensed caterer. Adds $200 flat rate to bar minimum. Caterer’s license number required 3 weeks prior to event for proper permitting.
Catering Flexibility: Choose any food vendor or caterer you like at no additional charge. We can handle booking for a 15% service fee.

Yes. You may choose any caterer at no charge, or we can handle booking and rentals for a 15% coordination fee.
What if I want outside alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted without proper permits and catering license We restrict outside alcohol to events for 100+ guests. A $200 flat rate is added to the bar minimum, a special ATC permit, and properly licensed caterer are all required. We’ll guide you through the process if you would like to choose this option.

Yes. Our friendly tasting room team staffs the bar and ensures professional, attentive service for all guests. However, if the host chooses to bring in outside alcohol through a caterer, the caterer must serve all non-Oxbow produced alcohol.

Our facility features a large outdoor patio offering ample seating, television/speakers, and outdoor games such as giant jenga, cornhole, and a tournament-grade dart board. Half-covered and equipped with fans and heaters, guests can enjoy our patio comfortably year-round.

Are facility tours and rum tastings offered for private events?
Tours: Facility tours are offered to small private parties of 30 guests or less at a special rate of $10 per guest. Tours are taken in groups of 15 due to space constraints in some areas of the distillery.
Tastings: A rum tasting bar package is offered for all events at a flat rate of $150. This allows event guests the opportunity to sample rums of their choosing for the duration of the event.
